Hello, and welcome to my web page... Choosing the right Driving Instructor can be a difficult decision, so I thought I'd tell you a little bit more about myself...
When I first qualified in 1973, I was one of the youngest driving instructors in the UK. Being the family business, at first I worked for my fathers driving school, Evans School of Motoring, which was one of the biggest driving schools in Stockport at that time.
In 1980, I decided to start my own driving school. Since then, I have remained as an independent driving instructor, The school bears my name, and pupils who come to me know my reputation for patient and personal service.
I am proud of the fact that since starting, I have taught more than 4000 pupils, most of them having come from recommendations. I have been a Grade 6 instructor for several years (the highest accolade any instructor can achieve), as well as having advanced qualifications to Police standards.
I am both patient and understanding, and want my pupils to enjoy the learning experience. I do not pretend to be cheap, but as it is often said, if you pay cheap. you'll pay twice. I believe there is no substitute for highly qualified and experienced tuition - after all, you'll be driving for the rest of your life.
